January 23 – Raksanna Productions™ First Annual Awards Ceremony and Banquet – A full dinner and show followed by open dancing, this evening is designed to recognize the contributions of dancers and their families who have been a part of the community’s success. February 13 & 14 – Belly Dancer of the Universe Competition, Long Beach CA – Raksanna and the Desert Flames go for the gold in this high-energy competition! Wish us the best of shimmies!

March 5-7 - Raksanna performs with Randa Kamel in Washington DC – Sponsored by Little Egypt, this show and workshop weekend is going to be a great time! Come see Raksanna as she performs with one of her absolute favorite dancers and teachers, Randa Kamel!
March 12-14 – 10 Hour Intensive with Raksanna™ – Jump in for a delicious 10 hour workshop filled with technique, advanced choreography, history, culture and more with internationally known, award-winning Raksanna! April 17-18 - April Shimmies™ with Amani Jabril of Atlanta – This fun workshop weekend features the up-and-coming artist, Amani Jabril. Known for her “Meow” factor, Amani Jabril teaches intermediate to advanced technique and choreography. April 29-May 2 – Floralia 2010™ sponsors Raksanna as a featured Instructor in Truth or Consequences, NM – Join Raksanna in Floralia 2010™ for a spectacular Oriental choreography workshop. September 15-19 – ChicagoRaks™ 2010 – International icon and master of Middle Eastern dance, Momo Kadous returns to ChicagoRaks (TM) as the featured guest artist! This year, ChicagoRaks (TM) is a weeklong intensive with Momo himself, complete with a gala show. Co-sponsored by Turquoise International and Raksanna, Momo Kadous teaches five (5) brand new choreographies, a special drum solo section, emphasis on rhythms and technique and much, much more!!
